We were proud to be awarded the contract to build Matt Moran's and Peter Sullivan's new venture @ Woollahra. 

 

With the Restaurant being set in an existing heritage building, the size of the kitchen was snug. As with any project, there are challenges. The exhaust and the existing structure were ours for this project.

 

The project was supplied complete with custom built refrigeration throughout to maximise space and get every inch out of this kitchen. There was a level of design on the go so as to best utlise the space to its optimum. 

 

The end result was a tight, very specific kitchen with everything at your fingertips, and ability to deliver complex custom meals to a very decerning clientele.
