We tendered Meadowbank TAFE as part of the Ryde, Meadowbank & Northern Beaches Cluster. This was by far our largest tendered project to date in 2006. We tendered aggressively knowing this was a good opportunity to show the volume of high-quality work we were capable of.

We noticed that we were the successful tenderer. However, Public Works had found an error in our tender. We had quoted an incorrect price on a line item. The error was $40,000.00 odd and with no opportunity to resubmit we were given the choice to hold our price or retract our tender. We decided to proceed with the contract 40K light.

This decision proving to be the turning point for Triple X. We delivered all stages of the package on time and on budget showing that we were a real contender in the major project market.
