We were proud to be engaged at the design stage for this landmark project. The brief was to provide a Bier Hall to cater for 1000 pax. Offering full German style menu with the ability to cater for almost anything.
On the side would be a German Deli with the ability to work independently from the kitchen to cater for both walk up and late night bar menus.
The kitchen allocation for this project was small considering what it has to cater for. We had extreme head height issues being confined to an existing building and requiring the stores to be directly above the kitchen, forcing the kitchen exhaust system to be confined to 450mm height.
We delivered a tender package to market and were fortunate enough to secure the project to see it through.
With a lightning quick construction period of 10 weeks, not less in another state, we are proud to say the project opened on time and on budget.
