This is a project that we wanted from the moment we heard about it, The Lucas Group making their move into Sydney. We were able to see the Chin Chin machine in operation during some recent fit-outs in Melbourne which is what made this the contract to win for us in 2017

 

The Kitchen Design driven by Vida English of Chris Love in Melbourne, who are well known for their detailed design and high standards. No exceptions for this project. We wanted to show them what could turn out.

 

This was a quick project awarded Mid-April and the kitchen commissioning at the end of August. The design was still fluid in some areas up until the first week in August. We don’t mind pressure but this was tough. 

 

In saying that. Their team was amazing, the real deal Foodies that wanted and demanded the best. We like to think we have given them something special that we are truly proud of.
