After UPG secured Melbourne’s iconic Stoke House site. We were engaged to deliver 2 premium brands into a single site. Fratelli on the ground floor and The Cut on the First Floor

Both Kitchens were taken back to bare bones and All bars were Demolished ensuring that the brands weren’t compromised by the existing fitout. Working with Martin Heierling to deliver these UPG Brands into Melbourne

 

Fratelli requiring a custom 2-tonne Dual fuel Pizza oven and amazing radiused Pizza counter. A full rethink of the tight ground floor kitchen space

 

The Cut Bring to the table an Airfreighted double over fired Char Broiler to achieve the tight time frame that would be installed into a classic open kitchen design. 2 opulent bars  and an aging room showcasing their amazing product
